Can you arrange transport from more than one location?
Yes, no problem at all.
We regularly coordinate multiple pick-ups and drop-offs to keep your group moving smoothly and on schedule. Just send us the addresses, times, and any special instructions when you book, and we’ll map out the most efficient route for your event.
What size groups can you cater for with wedding transport?
We can accommodate groups of all sizes.
From smaller, intimate parties right up to 100–200 guests using a combination of vehicles. Our fleet includes a range of bus sizes, so we can match the transport to your exact numbers and style of event.
If you’re unsure of final guest counts, we can reserve additional buses as a backup. Once your numbers are confirmed, you’re able to cancel any extra vehicles up to one week before the charter.
How late can you pick us up from the wedding?
Anytime.
We operate to your schedule, not the other way around. Whether your reception finishes early, runs right through to midnight, or kicks on into the early hours, we can arrange pick-up times that suit your plans.
When booking, just let us know your expected finish time and we’ll schedule the return accordingly. If your timeline changes on the night, we can also allow for flexibility so your guests aren’t rushed and can enjoy the celebration without worrying about getting home.
What if our timeline runs behind on the day?
We understand that weddings don’t always run on schedule. If things are running late, just let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to extend your booking, subject to availability.
